We are so grateful to have known Helen, I don’t know a lot of people that are this professional, have so much experience and genuinely care about the client. Helen was kind enough to list our rental property. She hand picked the photos and came up with an attractive description that pinpoints all the selling features of the home. In a matter of 10 days we got a new tenant at the rent that we had asked for. She worked tirelessly with both the tenant and myself to complete the transaction without a hitch. Helen also had all the COVID-19 measure and precautions in place to make the showings safe for everyone. As a landlord, you’re always concerned about protecting your property and yourself from a potentially problematic tenant. Helen thoroughly screened the tenant and drafted a bullet proof lease for us that contained the most up to date clauses and items that I would never have thought of to protect myself. I had to urgently sale my condo and was referred to Helen she immediately took over knowing I was A busy lady. Made the extra effort to have a cleaning crew clean up after my previous tenant. She listed the property and sold it within 3 days right before the second wave of covid hit.
